ZTE ZXDSL v2 driver for Linux Kernel 2.6.31 x86 [Offline Installation]

Many peoples have problem with installation instruction. I tested it on computer with network connection 😉 So, this is offline howto.
Requirements:
Download this files when you are ONLINE (on other computer, by GPRS connection etc)
Put this files in unicorn directory
Compilation:
cd unicorn tar zxvf steryzxdsl.tar.gz patch src/unicorn_ethdrv.c < zxdslv2-2.6.31.diff make sudo make install

When I’m writing „sudo make install” in Terminal, there appears an error that „-e needs -E or -F”. What’s happening?!

Please post full error message.
Ok, this is only warning, not error:
mkdir -p /lib/modules/2.6.38-1.fc15.i686.PAE/extra
install -m 644 unicorn_usb_eth.ko /lib/modules/2.6.38-1.fc15.i686.PAE/extra
/sbin/depmod -ae
WARNING: -e needs -E or -F
Simply ignore this 🙂
